Sunil Malapati

Sunil is another veteran FBNP board member and has both acted in and directed several FBNP productions.  He last directed Mothers & Sons in 2017. Though he has been on stage (notably in Miss Witherspoon, A Perfect Ganesh, Hamlet and The Laramie Project), he prefers being backstage as a director or sound designer (for which he's lent his sound talent for over 20 productions). He fancies himself a Renaissance man, teaching biochemistry by day and dabbling in a variety of arts in his spare time. He is also on the board of the Dubuque County Fine Arts Society.
